Four of the five commissioners appeared for the special meeting on February 19, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. They immediately went into executive session to discuss matters covered by the Grand Jury Secrecy Act. The Commission reconvened and adjourned. The Commission was in Executive Session for approximately ten minutes.
